Terms of Service — CaptureWeb

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CaptureWeb ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CaptureWeb provides an API for capturing screenshots, PDFs, markdown, and structured data from web pages. The Service is provided "as is" and may change without notice.

3. API Usage

You may use the API only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

Use the Service to crawl or scrape websites in violation of their terms of service
Attempt to circumvent rate limits or quotas
Resell or redistribute API access without prior written consent
Use the Service to generate or distribute malware, spam, or illegal content
Reverse-engineer the Service infrastructure

4. Credits and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Refunds are not provided for unused credits. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your API keys will be revoked immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaptureWeb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or be error-free.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
